AIR Talks
AIR Conference 2018
Authenticity + Integrity + Respect

The Leading with AIR Conference is a transformative leadership training experience that changes the paradigm of leadership. It is a day and a half long deep dive into the newest thinking and tactics that are currently defining and redefining leadership in the 21st century.

You will be introduced to the latest developments in conscious leadership at this high impact program by three thought leaders in the field. In addition, you will learn powerful “next level” leadership techniques that will:

1. Deepen your ability to access your authentic self and Increase levels of self-awareness

2. Introduce you to the 3 highly influential, but hidden, forces that are 100% responsible for how well and how quickly virtually all work gets done in your organization

3. Teach an internationally recognized, and proven, conflict resolution process that works in even the most toxic of environments

The conference will end on Friday morning with a uniquely personal experience in which you will create a leadership action plan from the concepts you have learned. We will then facilitate a discussion designed to help you to manifest your plan and maximize your impact and your ROI.

Part Conference & Part Retreat

The Leading with AIR “experience” blends Think Tank level discussions and trainings with opportunities to relax in beautiful historic surroundings as you absorb what you have learned, brainstorm with other intriguing, forward-thinking leaders and develop a strategy for action.

We are pleased to be offering this conference on the historic URI Alton Jones Campus. This campus was a favorite retreat for President Eisenhower where he could escape the day-to-day pressures, work through complex issues and recharge.

The 2,300 acres of pine forests, lakes and fields, coupled with the rustic natural architecture of the buildings, create an almost spiritual environment that invites you to relax, unplug and allow the creative juices to flow and manifest.

Registration: $675

Includes training, workbooks, breakfast, lunch, dinner and campfire discussions!

Overnight accommodations are not included but are available on a first come first serve basis.
Last year’s attendees unanimously agreed that staying on site greatly enhanced their overall experience.
