AIR Talks
AIR Conference 2018
Authenticity + Integrity + Respect

The Leading with AIR Conference is a transformative leadership training experience that changes the paradigm of leadership. It is a day and a half long deep dive into the newest thinking and tactics that are currently defining and redefining leadership in the 21st century.

You will be introduced to the latest developments in conscious leadership at this high impact program by three thought leaders in the field. In addition, you will learn powerful “next level” leadership techniques that will:

1. Deepen your ability to access your authentic self and Increase levels of self-awareness

2. Introduce you to the 3 highly influential, but hidden, forces that are 100% responsible for how well and how quickly virtually all work gets done in your organization

3. Teach an internationally recognized, and proven, conflict resolution process that works in even the most toxic of environments

The conference will end on Friday morning with a uniquely personal experience in which you will create a leadership action plan from the concepts you have learned. We will then facilitate a discussion designed to help you to manifest your plan and maximize your impact and your ROI.

Part Conference & Part Retreat

The Leading with AIR “experience” blends Think Tank level discussions and trainings with opportunities to relax in beautiful historic surroundings as you absorb what you have learned, brainstorm with other intriguing, forward-thinking leaders and develop a strategy for action.

We are pleased to be offering this conference on the historic URI Alton Jones Campus. This campus was a favorite retreat for President Eisenhower where he could escape the day-to-day pressures, work through complex issues and recharge.

The 2,300 acres of pine forests, lakes and fields, coupled with the rustic natural architecture of the buildings, create an almost spiritual environment that invites you to relax, unplug and allow the creative juices to flow and manifest.

Testimonials from Last Years Conference

Testimonials from Last Years Conference

“What an eye-opening conference that was; the presenters took us on a journey to a place all leaders must live in. 3 days filled with new found friends, enjoying the beauty of nature on campus, and gaining insight from these amazing presenters is exactly what I needed – I just booked to go to this year’s conference!”

Dave Englund, founder Englund Studio

“My biggest takeaway from last year’s AIR Conference was that LEADERSHIP is not about a title. Rather, real leadership has a lot more to do with working on ourselves as human beings. The speakers helped us all dig deeper to do the inner work that leads us to become better people and better leaders. This was a true self-development journey.
Also, the atmosphere at Alton Jones reflected the PERFECT environment to experience this kind of learning.  I recommend this conference to anyone who is in search of leadership excellence.”

Bob Salvas, Consultant

“I had been through many trainings in business school, during my corporate career and had also given many trainings as a consultant. What emerged from this conference was not a skillset to be absorbed and practiced or even a way of thinking, but an awareness, and a way to perceive what was happening around you in an organization or a community. I highly recommend this training for those looking to train high potential future leaders and those already in leadership looking to elevate their skills to the next level.”

Michelle Girasole CEO, Fresh Marketing

“I have spoken often, all over the U.S., and I have never had as much fun as I did at the Leading with Air Conference. Jeff’s is a great captain. His passion, attention to detail, team, and location brought the conference together beautifully. A special note for me, my wife joined me because of the location, and the conversation at night around the fire was spectacular. I could not have enjoyed the experience more.”

Dan Guglielmo, Author, Speaker

“The speakers were inspiring. The format of the conference kept us engaged and eager for the next topic. I definitely grew as a leader and the information presented at the conference gave me a new view of the organizational structure at work. By the way, the facilities at Alton Jones were tremendous!”

Sal Sauco, Principle, Englund Studio

“The AIR conference was a professionally enriching and personally fulfilling experience for me, as a presenter, and for all of the participants who attended the retreat. The conference was unique in that it presented cutting-edge knowledge; a practical “how to use” approach with an openness that nourished both the insights and spirits of attendees.
After the end of the conference, as I drove away, I felt privileged to have watched the personal and professional growth of the attendees. Jeff, thank you for such a satisfying and enriching conference experience.”
